Hi there!
Questions about the flowers? How/where/when to buy them? Check out the frequently asked questions below or please send me an email!
Thank you so much for your interest in Kicker Room Blooms and supporting locally grown flowers! As a reminder it’s just me (Ashley) running this little bitty flower farming operation in Cordova, Alaska (a temperate rainforest on the coast of Alaska in a small town accessible only by plane/boat), myself when I’m not working my regular full time job. So I appreciate your patience and understanding in that I don’t always have flowers or availability and that I’m not a florist in the traditional sense that you might be accustom to in other areas.
FAQs:
Q: Do you have flowers all the time? A: I’m a small scale, part-time flower farmer, so I don’t always have fresh flowers available. As a primarily winter flower farmer (yes that’s a thing even in Alaska!), I have more fresh Cordova grown flower availability between January - April!
Q: I’d like to order flowers for someone in Cordova but I live elsewhere, is this possible? A: Sometimes! If I have flowers blooming and am in town (I’m currently a one-person operation (with another full time job)) then yes I try to fulfill these types of orders if possible. Send me an email and I’ll see if I’m able to accommodate the request. You will be able to pay digitally.
Q: Do you deliver? A: Much like specialty orders, this just depends on my personal capacity at the time of the desired order and firstly if I have anything blooming. If I’m able to accommodate the order and delivery there will be a small delivery fee for the Cordova region.
Q: Do you sell non-Cordova grown flowers? A: Yes! I prioritize sourcing Cordova grown flowers, and then secondarily like to work with Alaska and Pacific Northwest flower farmers to source the highest quality regionally grown flowers as possible. This ensures the highest quality produce and longest vase life.
Q: I’m in Cordova, how do I get your flowers? A: During peak Kicker Room Bloom flower season (January - April), I will regularly provide flower updates with opportunities to purchase flowers in person or pre-order online. More on this coming fall 2026.
