Seasonal Winter Tulips

From the end of December through early June, I succession plant and harvest thousands of hydroponically and soil grown tulips and daffodils.

Although this process of forcing tulips and hydroponic techniques allows me to control many variables, mother nature may sometimes have other plans. Flower growing is a great practice in letting go of control and I appreciate the understanding that things may not always be “on time” or fit a planned schedule.

Local Blooms

In addition to winter tulips, Kicker Room Blooms locally grows: amaryllis, daffodils, hyacinth, alliums, ranunculus, gladiolus, crocuses, and is always trialing new flowers in Cordova’s temperate rainforest.

Want to give the joy of fresh flowers? Kicker Room Blooms crafts bouquets and arrangements for special occasions and holidays using as many Cordova and Alaska grown flowers as seasonally possible. Email with special requests!
